On Monday 19 July 2010 the crew attended a mission in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The accident happened about half a mile from the nearest road, so access by land was difficult. Just 10 minutes after receiving the call the WNAA crew had landed on the scene in a field close by to the patient.

Once on the scene they found a 17year old female who had been thrown from her horse resulting in a lower back injury. The female was given pain relief and made more comfortable before being air lifted to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further tests.
