Air Ambulance air lifts man from Stratford

21st July 2010

On 21st July 2010 a 38 year old male was air lifted to hospital by Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance following a rtc (road traffic collision) near Shrewley, Warwickshire. The collision happened early evening when a car rolled over and then struck a wall trapping the driver.

The WNAA crew examined him and found to be suffering from arm, head and possible chest injuries and needed hospital care. The WNAA crew stabilised him, then gave him pain relief and swiftly airlifted him to University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire. Within 45mins of the WNAA crew landing on the scene the patient was safely in hospital.
