Office Volunteer

Why we need you?

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance is one of the busiest Air Ambulances in the country & as such, we regularly require volunteers within our HQ to assist our Business Support Team & other functions within the charity. You will be part of a hard working yet dedicated team who strive to deliver excellent customer service to our many supporters. 

What will I be doing?

  • Assisting with general enquiries into the office.
  • Maintaining databases of key events/campaigns/funding initiatives.
  • Liaising with supporters of the charity.
  • Working on specific projects i.e. events, marketing campaigns, corporate relationships. 

 

What skills and attributes do I need?

  • Methodical & accurate way of working.
  • Database skills.
  • Confident in working alone as well as part of a group.
  • Excellent interpersonal & telephone skills.
  • Honesty & reliability.
  • Ability to work confidentially.





How much time do I need to commit?

Ideally, you will be available for a minimum of 2- 3 days per week but further opportunities are available upon request.

What support will I be given?

  • We will give you a full induction on all aspects of this role.
  • Day-to-day guidance/management from the Business Support Team Leader.
  • Opportunities for shadowing specialist staff functions e.g. events, marketing, retail, community fundraising.

Where will I be based?

You will be based at our HQ in Princethorpe and will be expected to live within easy travelling distance, expenses will be reimbursed.
