Set in the beautiful countryside and sprawling grounds of Billing Aquadrome, the Rescue Run is a 5k and 10k course, which you can run, skip, walk or hop your way around, either in the usual sports kit, or decked out in fancy dress!

Your efforts will help keep Northampton & Warwickshire Air Ambulance in the sky rescuing people, so please join in!

Billing Aquadrome, Sunday 5th September 2010, 11.00am. Please arrive with your race number, ready for a Virgin Active warm up!
