Run or walk 5km for your local life saving Air Ambulance heroes

By completing the 5km course, you will be doing something amazing - helping us to continue our life saving work. The courses are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Souvenir medals will be given to all finishers plus trophies for the winners.There is also optional fancy dress where you can take part dressed as your favourite Superhero to support ours!
